Role Description
This role involves providing direction and thought leadership to clients and internal employees on high visibility projects involving Medicare and Medicaid member communications.
- Manage the end-to-end development of assigned coded templates
- Handle client communication and delivery schedules for multiple client accounts
- Collaborate with internal consultant teams and management to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Adhere to a strict timeline for client member communication document creation and delivery
- Work with clients to derive data elements and logic for automated publication of compliance-mandated communications
- Direct or instruct, and review work of other team members
- Act as subject matter expert in all phases of the internal development and implementation process
- Possess intimate health insurance market and product knowledge
- Discuss and advise clients on changes implemented by governing bodies including CMS
- Interpret client edits in various document types such as Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, and Excel
- Understand dynamic publishing and variable data technology (HTML, SQL)
- Work effectively independently as well as a valuable team member
- Serve as subject matter expert within a secondary team function such as Configuration and/or QA
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years experience working with government or regulatory agency templates, documents, and regulatory compliance deadlines and rules
- Experience and understanding of CMS Medicare Marketing and Communications guidelines
- Knowledge of the CMS bid process and benefit filings
Requirements
- Proficient knowledge and skills in interpretation of client edits
- Expertise in dynamic publishing and variable data technology
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
