Role Description
The Business Development Representative works in a multi-cultural team whose ultimate goal is to drive pipeline. You are the first point of contact between Protegrity and a prospective customer via inbound and outbound campaigns and are responsible for revenue generation within a diverse set of Enterprise accounts.
- Lead Protegrity's prospecting in the AMER market by generating new business opportunities with prospective clients
- Research target clients, qualify customer’s needs, and handle objections by positioning Protegrity solutions
- Work with various lead sources: inbound, outbound prospecting, inquiries, promotional campaigns, events follow up etc.
- Close potential client for initial meetings with Enterprise Sales team and convert potential prospects into sales leads
- Manage a pipeline of business opportunities and develop, measure, and improve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Qualifications
- Sales mindset and ability to determine prospects Situational Pain, Impact, Critical Event, and Decision criteria
- Impeccable attention to detail; develop multi-channel prospecting sequences (phone, email, targeted marketing, campaigns, etc.)
- Maniacally focused on Prospecting new clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to own strategic initiatives to completion; hungry and resourceful
- Provide monthly metrics
- Strong preference for candidates with experience working in Cyber Security, Cloud, Data Privacy, Big Data, or AI/Analytics market segments
