Role Description

ISC (Integrated Sleep Care), a MedBridge Healthcare Company, is growing across the Midwest and we are adding driven sales professionals to our team. This position is centered around outbound outreach. You will spend the majority of your day making calls, navigating phone systems, and connecting with key decision makers. Success in this role comes from consistency, resilience, professionalism, and strong communication skills.

We provide the structure, training, scripts, and tools. You bring the persistence and energy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 to 2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid computer proficiency and phone skills
• Detail oriented with strong follow up habits
• Ability to manage deadlines and quotas
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast moving environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer and phone skills
• Attention to detail and follow up discipline
• Ability to work in a fast changing environment
• Ability to meet quotas and deadlines
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

• Base salary starting at $35,000+ (based on experience) plus uncapped commission
