Due to rapid expansion Mindray France has a new opportunity for a highly motivated, innovative and confident Sales Representative to join our ultra-ambitious team!

Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for ultrasound products within the assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (KOLs), including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals, to drive product adoption and customer loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Create market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Provide feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients with support from application and Service engineers, showcasing the features and benefits of our PMLS products.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the local and EU teams.

Key Measures of Success

  • Sales Performance: Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: High levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Penetration: Expansion of market share within the assigned territory.
  • Lead Conversion: Successful conversion of leads into long-term customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in PMLS features and clinical applications.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales. Experience in PMLS (Patient Monitoring Life support) is mandatory with at least knowledge in Patient monitoring, Infusion or ventilation in ICU or Operating room.
  • Region Knowledge: You are based in the southwest region and have a solid knowledge of the hospitals and clinics in this area.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in medical technology is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-Oriented: A passion for building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Work Permission: Ability to work across France without requiring company visa sponsorship.
  • Language: Fluency in French and acceptable level in English is mandatory.
