Role Description

As a Sales Representative at Hickman Agency, you will:

• Build meaningful relationships with clients, providing expert guidance to secure their financial future.

• Educate clients on a range of life and health insurance options, explaining policy features, costs, and benefits.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in coverage and recommend the best insurance products.
• Assist clients through the claims process and provide ongoing service for their policies.
