Role Description

Are you a driven and motivated Sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with customers, collaborating with great internal teams, being innovative to achieve business results? As a Sales Representative, you will represent our brand by introducing new products and building strategic customer relationships. This role manages key product categories such as bacon, ham, and fresh pork, while working cross-functionally with Business Management, Marketing and Plant Operations to ensure strong execution in the marketplace.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team by coordinating daily work, managing documentation, and ensuring timely communication with customers.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers by providing consistent support and tailored solutions.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing product displays across all store locations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to track and analyze daily and weekly sales performance.
• Support the development and growth of sales accounts by managing key metrics and resolving customer complaints promptly.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to engage with current and prospective customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage sales accounts and resolve customer issues.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Requirements

• Capable of sitting for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up 25lbs to 50 lbs.
• Frequently required to sit; stand; walk; reach with hands and arms.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
• Able to travel as needed.
