Qualifications

• Sales-DNA: You are eager for performance, want to see results, and take initiative.
• Experience in digital sales: Ideally in B2C or education sectors—you are skilled at managing many contacts simultaneously.
• Structure & impact: You work organized, goal-oriented, and with high frequency.
• CRM know-how: Hubspot is not foreign to you; you are familiar with deal stages, automations, and forecasts.
• People skills & enthusiasm for education: You understand our target group and want to empower people through education.
• Communication strength: You articulate precisely, persuade empathetically, and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• Consultation & relationship building: You conduct empathetic initial conversations with interested individuals, understand their life situation, and provide tailored advice on educational offerings.
• Lead qualification: You realistically identify who is eligible for funding and prioritize your leads accordingly.
• Deal-closer with heart: You stay engaged, motivate, and accompany individuals until they commit to course registration.
• Interface to job centers & agencies: You assist with applications for education vouchers and actively maintain contact with employment agents.
• Process optimization in the funnel: You think strategically about sales, recognize improvement potential, and actively contribute to shaping it.
