About the Position
As a member of the EMEA Sales team at Energy Exemplar, the focus of this role is to drive new business sales of our PLEXOS software and related solutions to power and gas trading organizations across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of sales expertise, energy market knowledge, and a deep understanding of how traders and energy companies utilize modelling and simulation platforms to make strategic decisions.
This is a unique opportunity to work with leading energy trading organizations, helping them unlock the full potential of Energy Exemplar's PLEXOS software suite and shaping the future of energy market simulation in the EMEA region.
This Role Has Two Primary Objectives
Primary Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales Execution
Market Intelligence and Strategic Planning
Customer and Partner Relationship Management
This is a customer-facing role, and therefore successful candidates will not only have strong sales capabilities and domain expertise but also excellent communication skills, be outgoing, professional, driven, and able to multi-task in a dynamic and often changing environment.
