Role Description

LAWAZEM is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support the sales pipeline and contribute to achieving company revenue goals. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding customer needs and matching them with appropriate solutions.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Highly motivated with a result-driven approach.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
