[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @MD Integrations

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our prospecting and lead qualification efforts. As the first point of contact for prospective partners, you will be instrumental in:

• Prospecting new business opportunities
• Conducting high-quality qualification calls
• Ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives

MD Integrations is the physician-powered telehealth platform that helps companies scale quickly and compliantly. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a high-velocity sales environment
• Proven track record of generating leads and sourcing qualified outbound pipeline
• Familiarity with Hubspot CRM and Hubspot sequenced outreach strongly preferred
• Experience in the telehealth industry is a plus

Requirements

• Meet and exceed a monthly Outbound Opportunity quota by sourcing new prospects that align with our identified Buyer Personas and Ideal Customer Profile
• Meet and exceed a monthly Held Discovery Meeting quota by diligently pre-qualifying prospects and meeting all Service Level Agreements for handoff to Account Executives
• Generate outbound qualified leads through a multichannel approach of a minimum of 50 calls per day, email, and social media networking
• Adhere to Service Level Agreements for responding to inbound calls, chats, and contact forms
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and prospects
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
• Participate in training sessions and industry events as needed

• Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. The target salary for this position is $85,000.00 OTE (70/30 split)
