[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @atmio

Role Description

We're looking for a driven and hands-on SDR ready to build something from the ground up. You'll be the engine of our top-of-funnel, generating qualified pipeline, running outbound outreach, and working closely with our Sales Managers to fuel revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Own top-of-funnel: Identify and research potential customers, build target lists, and consistently deliver qualified meetings to our Sales Managers.
• Drive outbound outreach: Execute cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new pipeline from scratch.
• Iterate on messaging: Test and refine outreach copy and call scripts, sharing what works across the team.
• Keep CRM tight: Log all activity accurately in HubSpot, maintaining clean data on prospects and pipeline stage.
• Represent at events: Be the face of atmio at industry events, trade fairs, and networking occasions — engaging prospects in person and building brand presence on the ground.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English — our working languages.
• 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role or Bachelor's degree or Masters graduate.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems; HubSpot is a plus.
• Good understanding of top-of-funnel sales processes.
• A genuine drive to hit targets and grow a career in sales.

• Fluent in Spanish or Italian.
• Experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
