Role Description
We are in search of a dynamic, results-oriented, and strategic individual to lead our sales efforts in Canada. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline.
- Research potential clients
- Conduct warm-calls
- Educate prospects on the benefits of Parent.App
- Generate opportunities and secure meetings
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Parent.App platform and its functionalities
- Utilize sales development best practices, including email, phone, and social selling techniques
Responsibilities
- Actively research and identify potential leads and prospects
- Master the Parent.App platform, becoming proficient in all functionalities and applications
- Conduct warm-calls to prospects, effectively introducing Parent.App using our sales playbook
- Keep track of prospects and communicate progress through our CRM tool
- Secure discovery meetings with potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities within the Canadian market
- Maintain a network of key stakeholders in the childcare industry regionally
- Report progress and insights to the Team Lead
- The role offers significant opportunities for advancement within the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of professional sales experience
- Knowledge or experience in the childcare industry is a plus
- Fluent in French, additional languages are an added value
- Tech and web-savvy
- Proficient communication skills (both written and oral)
- Proactive, self-driven, and a team player
- Canadian Time-zone
