Role Description
This role involves establishing new partnerships, joint ventures, and sales for BTSE as part of the Enterprise Solutions team.
- Prospecting at crypto events/conferences to find new partners and customers
- Understanding customer needs and adapting communication style accordingly
- Building a personal book of business and customer pipeline
- Identifying ways to reach more customers through various channels
- Collaborating with the technical team to create customized solutions
Qualifications
- Native/fluent in English and comfortable giving presentations
- Hungry and eager to learn; experience is not everything
- Able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to figure things out
- Take initiative, ownership, and execute based on goals and guidance
- Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
Requirements
- The ability to work independently with little supervision
- Multi-lingual
- Able to travel and attend conferences and events
- Experience working in crypto with other exchanges or White-Label providers
- B2B sales experience at startups
