Role Description

This unique hybrid role will play a critical part in ensuring that every practice across the country has access to PT Wired, our industry-leading patient engagement and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) platform.

  • Identify, secure, and qualify sales leads in the healthcare industry
  • Build relationships with potential and onboarding customers
  • Drive revenue growth for our software products
  • Provide strategic support as new customers progress through the onboarding process
  • Work closely with marketing and development teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets

Qualifications

  • Degree in PT, OT, or Speech Therapy
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the rehab industry preferred
  • 1+ year of successful sales experience, ideally in a B2B setting
  • Advanced knowledge of Remote Therapeutic Monitoring
  • Advanced knowledge of patient engagement strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of digital home exercise program use
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding objective goals in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with CRM software and/or EMR software
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market and product needs in the healthcare industry
  • Interest in healthcare software sales and a passion for learning and growing in this field

Requirements

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (including but not limited to cold calling and cold emailing) to identify and qualify new sales leads in the healthcare industry
  • Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques, including email marketing and social media
  • Develop a deep understanding of our healthcare software products and value proposition
  • Schedule and execute appointments/demos to close deals in the healthcare space
  • Leverage knowledge of the healthcare industry and leadership/management best practice principles
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine and improve lead generation processes
  • Collaborate with Sales/BDR counterparts at Prompt to coordinate efforts
  • Take initiative in developing and optimizing sales workflows and strategies
  • Attend healthcare industry events and conferences to network and build relationships
