Role Description

• Handle warm leads generated through our ad campaigns.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs.
• Qualify leads and present the value proposition of working with our designer partners.
• Build rapport and trust with homeowners, business owners, and property developers.
• Manage WhatsApp, phone, and email communication to nurture leads.
• Schedule site visits / design consultations with our partner designers.
• Follow up consistently until closure.
• Work closely with the partner designer during final negotiation/contract signing.

Qualifications

• Based in Hyderabad (preferred) – local market understanding.
• Proven sales experience in real estate, interiors, luxury products, or high-ticket services.
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
• Strong follow-up discipline and ability to handle objections.
• Self-motivated, driven by results (commission-only role).

Requirements

• Commission-only structure.
• Earn ₹36,000–₹60,000 per project closed.
• Average closer can earn ₹1.8L–₹3L/month with 5 projects.
• No cap on earnings – the more you close, the more you earn.
