Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and sales support in a dynamic environment.
- Manage inbound calls from existing customers, landlords, and new occupiers regarding account changes and service inquiries.
- Handle calls from potential customers interested in joining UW and existing customers looking to modify their services.
- Meet call handling KPIs such as a minimum of 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence.
- Achieve sales targets for new customer acquisition and retention conversion percentages.
- Attend training and upskilling sessions, as well as team huddles.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Resilience and persuasive communication abilities.
- A 'can do' attitude and motivation for self-improvement.
- Able to meet targets.

- Active listening and understanding of customer needs.
