Role Description

This role involves selling various insurance coverages, including trucking insurance policies.

Sell insurance policies to clients based on their needs
Follow up with leads and prospect contacts (provided by the company)
Educate customers on different coverage options
Build and maintain relationships to encourage renewals
Meet sales targets and contribute to team success

Qualifications

Sales experience (preferred but not required)
Insurance industry experience (a plus, but not necessary)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian (a plus, but not required)

Requirements

Availability to work Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (weekends off)
Commitment to completing the probationary training program
Willingness to study for and pass the Property & Casualty License exam after probation
