Role Description
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Associate [Official, Internal Title: Sales Operations Associate] to help streamline revenue operations and improve sales performance. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to refine workflows, improve data accuracy, and drive efficiency in a high-growth environment.
This is a fully remote role based in India. We expect some hours of overlap with US East Coast time.
As Our Sales Operations Associate You Will:
- Implement processes and solutions that can streamline revenue acquisition and eliminate inefficiencies
- Ensure that the Sales teams are operating seamlessly through data evaluation and by improving workflows
- Maintain and measure various components of the Sales process such as:
- Target & Territory Management: Ensure proper account distribution among the team
- ICP Expansion: Refine and expand our Ideal Customer Profile to improve targeting
- Outbound Cadence Operations: Optimize outreach strategies to increase conversion rates
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, with a strong understanding of sales processes and data-driven decision-making
- Commitment to continuous learning and development - both for yourself and those around you
- High aptitude for organization, process development, project management, and analytics
- Natural problem-solver, with a keen eye for detail and spotting issues
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce
- Previous experience with SQL and data management and willingness to master it
