Role Description

The Residential Sales Consultant is responsible for selling Pella windows and doors directly to homeowners for replacement projects. Through in-home sales appointments and following a structured selling process, the consultant will:

• Understand the customer’s wants and needs
• Translate product offerings to match customer requirements
• Strive for first-time close
• Deliver effective follow-up as needed to close the rest
• Proactively create self-generated leads through customer relationship networking
• Drive sales goals and maximize earning potential

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a home improvement or retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and network effectively
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
