Role Description

Wiz is looking for a visionary Regional Sales Director to lead our Growth AE team across the powerhouse markets of France, Spain, and Italy. Reporting directly to the RVP of Sales, you will be the architect of our expansion in South EMEA, scaling a high-velocity sales engine that secures both Private and Public sector accounts. You aren't just a manager; you are a coach, a strategist, and a key player in defining how Wiz dominates the Mediterranean cloud security landscape.

What You’ll Do

  • Build the Engine: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Growth Account Executives focused on the France, Spain, and Italy territories.
  • Architect the Strategy: Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy that aligns with Wiz’s hyper-growth goals.
  • Master the Cloud: Develop a deep, technical, and value-based understanding of the Wiz Cloud Security platform to effectively lead "from the front."
  • Operational Excellence: Own the forecast. You will manage the South EMEA pipeline with surgical precision, providing executive leadership with clear visibility into regional performance.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Channel teams to ensure a unified, "one-team" approach to winning the market.
  • Culture of Coaching: Set aggressive performance goals and provide the hands-on coaching required to turn high-potential AEs into world-class enterprise sellers.
  • Executive Influence: Build and maintain high-level relationships with key customers and regional partners to ensure long-term satisfaction and multi-year partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing high-growth sales teams (4+ AEs), specifically within the Enterprise or Growth segments.
  • 4+ years of experience selling complex Cloud or Cybersecurity solutions. You understand the nuances of the "Security-as-Code" shift.
  • A deep understanding of the business cultures in France, Spain, and Italy, with the ability to navigate both Private and Public sector complexities.
  • A track record of over-achieving quotas in fast-paced, "scale-up" environments. You thrive in ambiguity and move with urgency.
  • The ability to use data (SFDC, Clari, etc.) to identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and pivot strategy in real-time.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; you can inspire a team during a morning huddle and command a boardroom in the afternoon.
