Role Description
This role involves driving growth in an assigned territory within the multi-family industry.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas
- Expand C-level executive relationships in the territory
- Build trust-based relationships with internal teams
- Proactively address growth inhibitors in the territory
- Maintain strong business relationships with clients and prospects
- Build, manage, and forecast a sales pipeline
- Generate leads and manage existing accounts
- Utilize consultative selling techniques, including discovery and solution selling
- Travel within the region up to 25% of the time for client visits and trade shows
Qualifications
- 3+ years in commissioned outside B2B sales, exceeding quotas
- Remote work experience with autonomy and creativity
- Proven ability to close complex sales cycles
- Experience building relationships with decision-makers
- Motivated self-starter with a track record of revenue generation
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred
- Property management experience a plus
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license for local travel to customer accounts assigned within the territory
