Role Description

Your role in our future:

Install, upgrade, and service equipment onsite, including hardware and software configuration.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment functionality.
Train and guide customers on proper operation, maintenance, and usage of products.
Collaborate with customers to understand needs, provide solutions, and recommend additional products or services.
Perform routine maintenance and manage the stock of replacement parts and tools.
Document technical issues for escalation and keep clients informed on progress during service calls.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
1 - 3 years of electrical/mechanical repair and customer service experience.
Skilled in diagnosing and repairing equipment, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
Effective communicator, able to interact with customers, sales, and tech teams.
Strong organizational skills; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to travel up to 80% to customer sites; valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Physically able to lift or move 55 lbs. with or without accommodation.
