Role Description
This role involves working as an intern within First American’s Internship Program, which is a full-time, 10–12 week paid internship from June – August 2025.
- Gain experience and develop technical, professional, and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to working in a corporate environment within the Financial/Title Industry.
- Participate in intern-specific activities, executive level presentations, and networking opportunities.
- Support specific business functions including Marketing, Human Resources, Technology, Accounting, and Finance.
- Create and assemble zoning-based reports based on client requirements.
- Research existing zoning and municipal codes/regulations.
- Input data into systems based on analysis.
- Track and manage pipeline to hit deliverable timelines.
- Review completed reports for accuracy for delivery to clients.
- Perform spatial analysis and data organization in GIS applications.
Qualifications
- College/University students enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
- 3 months – 2 years of work experience.
Requirements
- MS Software skills.
- Analytical review skills.
- Zoning knowledge and review skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Oral communication skills sufficient to explain business needs to technical personnel and technical information to users.
