Role Description
The Practice Growth & Implementation Specialist is responsible for driving the success of independent veterinary and human health practices by ensuring the effective implementation of data-driven strategies. This role focuses on improving profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth by guiding practice owners in executing best practices, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and leveraging the organization's services.
- Conduct up to four virtual meetings per day with veterinary or human health practice owners/managers to review strategic plans, ensure implementation of key initiatives, and provide accountability follow-ups.
- Assess KPIs, financial performance, and operational data to ensure the successful execution of growth strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the bridge between members and internal fulfillment teams (marketing, finance, web development) to ensure that strategies are implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain ongoing check-ins to provide implementation support, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure members are fully utilizing available services.
- Maintain detailed records of strategic plan progress, implementation milestones, and member engagement in HubSpot, Teamwork, or other tracking systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field).
- 3+ years of experience in a business advisory, consulting, or leadership role within veterinary, healthcare, or service-based industries.
- Proven success in guiding business growth, financial strategy, or operational improvements.
- Experience with CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, Teamwork, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving mindset, able to work independently while driving client engagement.
- Located in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, NC, PA, SC, TX, WI (Must be able to align with members' time zones).
- Reliable high-speed internet for virtual meetings and data tracking.
