Role Description
Works within designated territory and focuses on relationship building and service sales with physicians and staff in order to optimize referrals and connect to services.
- Works with service line leader(s) and/or physician practices to strategize outreach planning.
- Approves BOA charges and submits monthly expenses.
- Acts as a representative and assists in the coordinating of education to physicians and/or physician practices regarding services.
- Utilizes contact management software for the reporting of activities and issues.
- Follows-up with customers to ensure problem resolution and evaluates customer satisfaction.
- Targets physicians and physician practices to present appropriate service line information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of one year of experience in clinical or sales
- Strong interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Lift and carry 25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting/standing
- Frequent keyboard use
- Patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
