Role Description
This role involves building and managing partnerships to enhance Deel's reach and effectiveness.
- Identifying organizations who Deel should form partnerships with and building partnerships with them
- Closing, managing, and enabling partners to refer clients to Deel successfully
- Nurturing partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle
- Ideating, launching, and optimizing co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing)
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth
- Building and maintaining the partnerships P&L
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in any form of partnership role
- Strong understanding of the venture landscape and well-connected
- Proficient in spoken and written English with strong research skills
- Able to write email copy and sequence campaigns that activate partners
- Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams
Requirements
- Experience working for an HR or FinTech company is a plus
- Experience at a fast-growing startup is preferred
- Previous experience working in a remote & distributed team is advantageous
