Role Description
This role involves driving performance improvements of key carrier partnerships.
- Provide technical consultation to new partners during product implementation to ensure certification standards are met.
- Take responsibility for the support and growth of a portfolio of leading transport operators.
- Define and execute growth initiatives of both commercial and technical nature.
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders across integrations, product, business development, and finance teams.
- Conceptualize and implement operational processes and tooling targeting automation.
- Build relationships to enhance engagement with our product, guiding development for our core offerings and increasing stickiness to our brand.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. Consulting/Product/Partnership teams in start-ups).
- Fluency in Italian.
- Working knowledge of APIs and integration technologies, or strong technical acumen.
- Ability to build strong commercial and technical relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Strong data analytics skills to derive valuable insights for business decisions.
- Effective in cross-functional project management, collaborating closely with both product and engineering teams.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and proactively fix bugs or mistakes in products.
