Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter to focus on revenue generation. This role is primarily responsible for:

• Outbound prospecting
• Cold calling
• Lead generation
• Setting appointments with potential clients

The initial engagement will focus on outbound sales activities, with the potential to expand responsibilities or build a larger team as the business grows. The objective is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Strong verbal communication and conversational English skills
• Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Ability to handle objections professionally and effectively
• Familiarity with CRM tools and dialing systems (or willingness to learn)
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation
