Role Description

First American Home Warranty is looking for driven, energetic, self-motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing Inside Sales team.

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Use a consultative sales approach to educate customers and understand their specific needs for home protection
  • Craft the best home protection plan to meet customer needs
  • Establish rapport and provide the ultimate customer experience in every conversation

Qualifications

  • Drive - you like to achieve goals, compete with the best salespeople, and win!
  • Solid Communication Skills – you are an articulate, engaging communicator that has an innate ability to persuade others
  • Active Listening – you take an interest in each person you engage with, ask questions and listen closely to determine their specific needs
  • Solid Closing Skills – you know how to effectively ask for the sale and close the deal
  • Ability to Overcome Objections – you are confident in your approach and are able to effectively overcome customer objections
