Role Description

BidWizer is looking for a National Automotive Sales Director to join our team. The National Sales Director (NSD) will onboard and educate franchise dealers in the utilization of our market-disrupting technology platform.

  • Responsible for creating, monitoring, and executing the go-to-market strategy and sales objectives.
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills to work with various stakeholders.
  • Requires monthly and yearly sales forecasts and must achieve predetermined goals.
  • Reports directly to CEO and COO.
  • Developing comprehensive sales strategies to onboard U.S. automotive franchise dealerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to create detailed reports.
  • Highly driven professional, working quickly and seamlessly across the U.S. to efficiently deploy sales efforts.
  • Analyzing performance and creating measurement criteria (KPIs to track and analyze performance).
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure objectives are effective and on time, building positive leadership and trustful relationships.
  • Developing and executing strategies to increase auto dealer utilization.
  • Creating educational strategies for sales team implementation and ensuring nurturing campaigns executed.
  • Leveraging solutions to maximize the effectiveness of sales campaigns through HubSpot/CRM and internal marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with other BidWizer stakeholders to ensure automotive campaigns are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to legal standards and reflect best practices with automotive dealership executives.

Qualifications

  • National Sales Management Auto experience
  • 5+ years' experience and proven track record in executing National Automotive Sales Plan objectives
  • Experience with managing automotive national sales teams
  • Experience working in the automotive industry with franchise dealers
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in sales organizational software/CRM
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
