[Hiring] MSP Avionics & Control Systems OEM/Regional Outside Sales Manager @Honeywell Aerospace

Role Description

The MSP Service Sales Manager is a key sales representative to the BGA Sales Organization for Service Sales, with a primary focus on the Maintenance Service Plan (MSP).

• Responsible for a regional territory.
• Identify new or existing OEM aftermarket sales opportunities.
• Secure annual incremental revenue and OEM backstop enrollments.
• Manage large fleet and assigned territory in the US.
• Work with the BGA Aftermarket and OEM CBT teams, SPEX, and Global Business Enterprise teams (GBEs).
• Solution customer needs, which may involve broader Honeywell solutions or direct engagements with OEM and end customer Sales organizations to help achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, particularly in service sales or aftermarket sales.
• Strong understanding of OEM and large fleet operations.
• Ability to identify and secure sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and solutioning skills.
