[Hiring] MSP Aggregation Lead EMEA @Commvault

Role Description

The role is to own and drive the key MSP Aggregator relationships. Responsibilities include:

• Building the Aggregation platform and creating a scale-out utility model for all designated MSP Aggregators across the region.
• Refining the number of partners in the region and determining the potential of each one for SW and SaaS delivery models.
• Providing sales, pre-sales, and post-sales skills and demonstrating the ability to service existing MSPs.
• Owning P2P engagement and recognizing how to increase ACR and wider consumption of CVT services.
• Increasing CVT presence and relevance within key partners, leveraging the CVT regional sales team to align on activity and grow the pipeline.
• Engaging wider teams to deliver a complete B2B strategic approach for optimal visibility.
• Working with Exec teams to understand key drivers and initiatives, including resources required for consistent and high growth in MRR and ARR YoY.
• Collaborating with the Customer Success team to build a best-in-class experience for the MSP base via Aggregation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years working with MSPs.
• Clear knowledge of MSP service creation and market factors driving consumption.
• Ability to build a volume model throughout EMEA in different countries.
• Comfortable working in a close-knit team environment while creating their own business.
• Degree preferred but not essential.
• Builder mentality required.
• Cyber/Backup/BC experience required.

Requirements

• Channel/Disti experience preferred.
• EMEA-wide experience preferred but not essential.
• Presentable, articulate, and humble, with the ability to operate up to CXO level.
• Experience in orchestrating the CVT ecosystem into the partner to drive the best possible experience.
