Role Description
South Carolina is experiencing a housing boom! Developments with 500 to thousands of homes are being built daily throughout SC, especially in Myrtle Beach and its outlying communities. Tracy Vogel, Marc Rubin, and Jon Schwartz of Equis Financial are seeking driven and coachable individuals who are ready to start getting paid what they are worth. You will become your own boss in this expanding market and can work FULL TIME OR PART TIME!
- Sales position with an incredible commission structure
- NO COLD CALLING; only those individuals who have requested our help will be contacted
- Streamlined lead generation system with qualified buyers
- 100% commission-based business with NO CAP on income
- Earn raises every 2-3 months
- Set your own schedule
- Be your own boss
Qualifications
- Must have or be willing to obtain life insurance license
- Clean criminal background
- Personable and have a willingness to serve clients
Requirements
- Motivated, disciplined, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to be coached for improvement
- Desire to invest in oneself
Benefits
- Compensation comes directly from the insurance carriers as a direct deposit to your bank account
- This is a 1099 position
Training
- All new agents are trained remotely by Marc Rubin and Jon Schwartz
- Field Underwriter, Tracy Vogel, will provide in-person support in Myrtle Beach
- Matthew Weiner, a successful team member, provides virtual and in-person training
- Training program available on Equis Financial's website
