[Hiring] Mid-Market Account Manager @Teleport

Role Description

As a Teleport Account Manager (AM), your primary responsibility will be to sell Teleport’s products and services to existing customers while maintaining and supporting the relationship.

• Expand the Net Recurring Revenue (NRR) of existing customers.
• Uncover growth opportunities and bring them to close.
• Ensure on-time renewals.
• Forecast Net ARR changes and keep SFDC up to date.
• Manage day-to-day communication with your book of accounts (~60 accounts).
• Drive adoption and create champions.
• Seek out new opportunities for Teleport.
• Identify and mitigate risk for contraction/churn.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in startups, account management, sales development, sales, renewals, or customer success.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Confident at building repeatable processes.
• Comfortable managing a portfolio of ~60 customers.
• A fast learner who adapts quickly and can work independently.
• Persistent and personable.
• A strong communicator who can engage with technical personas while driving business outcomes.
• Receptive to feedback and has a desire for continual improvement.

• Great at aligning Teleport’s products to ROI.

• Manage a healthy book of business consisting of ~60 accounts.
• Performance measured by growth in ARR and a retention rate above 90%.
