Role Description
The Membership Sales representative has a primary focus on selling our pet recovery memberships and other products to pet parents calling in to the contact center.
- Manages inbound communications from prospective customers and pet parents regarding products and services.
- Participates in various outbound campaigns targeting warm leads.
- Responsible for selling, upselling, and cross-selling services and products.
- Responsible for partnering with training on employee onboarding strategies.
- Identifies trends from inbound communications that can be escalated to a senior or a manager/supervisor.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ relevant work experience in a sales focused role
Requirements
This is a full-time position: Days and hours to be determined by needs of business. Hours to be determined between employee and director.
