Role Description
患者さんを第一に考えるという Regeneronの約束を実現しながら、皮膚科の営業目標を達成する責任を負うこと。
- テリトリー予算・経費管理を通じてブランドの販売目標を達成する
- 市場の洞察に基づいてテリトリーで年間事業計画を策定・実施し、マーケティングブランド計画を組み込んで一貫性を確保する
- 主要なデータソースを活用しながら、戦略的にテリトリーアクションプランを策定する
- 経費報告、マーケティングおよびフィールドインサイトレポート、コールレポートなど、必要なすべての管理業務を実行する
- Regeneron の規制および法的コンプライアンスガイドラインに従って業務を行う
- 指示に従って、地域、地方、全国規模の会議に出席する
- Regeneron が提供する、すべてのトレーニングプログラムを正常に完了する
- 会社の財産を良好に維持する
- 適切と考えられる場合、夜間や週末でも必要であれば出張する意思と能力がある
- 現在適用されるすべての法律と規制、および Regeneron のすべての指示を遵守しながら、安全運転で車両を運行する
- アライアンスパートナーと協力し、全体的な目標を達成する
Qualifications
- 価値の提供に重点を置いた、優れた顧客エンゲージメントスキルを有すること
- 優れた技術的適性と、疾患・コンセプトに基づく販売能力を有すること
- 文章力、対話力、プレゼンテーションに優れた能力を発揮すること
- 優れた企画力および組織力を有すること
- 個人またはグループに対して、聴衆のニーズに合わせて効果的にアイデアをプレゼンテーションする能力
- 厳しいスケジュールの中で、戦略的・戦術的な計画を実行するために自立して働く能力
- 文書作成、表計算、データベース、電子メールソフトを使用できるなど、コンピュータに精通していること
- アライアンスへの関与／経験を有すること
Requirements
- 治療領域の知識（皮膚科）、および生物学的製剤の営業経験
- 治療領域と競合ブランドに関する最新の臨床知識
- 皮膚科の重要オピニオンリーダーとのコネクションがある
- 英語が堪能であることが望ましいが、この職務に必須ではない。
- 学士号（またはそれに準ずるもの）
- 製薬業界で 5 年以上の営業担当経験
- 運転免許証
- MR 認定証
