Role Description

Our Account Development Strategy & Operations team is responsible for designing, building, and running a world-class sales organization to successfully grow our SMB restaurants through leading product solutions. We are looking for an experienced Manager to be at the forefront of DoorDash’s evolution from a marketplace to a premier technology partner. You will drive the strategy and operational backbone for Digital Ordering, our flagship white-label solution that empowers merchants to host commission-free ordering on their own websites. Your work will directly enable local businesses to grow their digital brands and own their customer relationships using DoorDash’s world-class logistics and technology.

The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in ambiguity but grounds their work in uncompromising operational rigor. You will be responsible for:

• Defining the annual sales vision and strategy.
• Translating high-level company objectives into actionable initiatives and tracking success.
• Balancing strategic vision with technical and operational discipline.
• Auditing sales funnels and leveraging cutting-edge AI to maximize productivity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, business consulting, analytics, or sales/business planning.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and hitting goals.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent analytical thinker with the ability to deliver actionable recommendations from complex datasets.
• SQL experience strongly preferred, as is experience with Salesforce/Excel.
• Ability to map complex operational workflows and diagnose data gaps.
• Experience in architecting AI-driven solutions end-to-end.

Requirements

• Build in AI tooling (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and ship real automation.
• Think in systems, not features, treating broken processes as build opportunities.
• Continuously build, test, and iterate in an AI-native operating environment.
