[Hiring] Manager, ICEO Global Mentoring Solutions & Growth @LHH (Global)

Role Description

The Manager, ICEO Global Mentoring Solutions and Growth is a critical strategic execution partner to the Global Head of Mentoring, supporting the translation of mentoring strategy into commercially effective, client-ready solutions. The role has a strong sales enablement and client-facing component, working closely with regional sales teams to support client and prospect conversations. This includes:

• Contributing to client presentations
• Being available to support priority sales opportunities
• Responding to sales team needs to help convert mentoring interest into qualified opportunities and closed sales

In parallel, this role drives cross-regional coordination and operational consistency, working across regions to enable speed to market and improve quality of execution. This includes:

• Analyzing metrics and performance insights
• Identifying trends
• Supporting global standardization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience with consulting support, sales operations, and client delivery
• Experience supporting client-facing work, including proposals, solutions materials, and delivery coordination
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and proactively advance work without constant direction
• Proven ability to work effectively in global, matrix organizations
• Detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize information, track progress, and surface key insights
• Experience working alongside senior leaders in a virtual, global, and matrixed team environment
• Experience working in consulting, advisory, or professional services
• Exposure to sales pursuits, proposal development and commercial pipelines in a client services context

Requirements

• Location: Remote, United States
• Language: English required, proficiency in French is a plus
• Travel: State if travel is required

• Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 per year plus annual bonus. Placement within this range is determined based on experience, geography, and other compensatory factors
