Role Description
As a Leadership Development Director, you'll:
- Drive strategic growth and partnerships

Qualifications
- Experience in client acquisition and retention
- Ability to develop and execute social/digital media marketing strategies

- Experience in high-ticket program & event sales in a consultative selling environment
- Skills in coaching, mentoring, and supporting new team members to ensure their success
Requirements
