What You Will Do

• Conduct professional, meaningful conversations with prospective clients.
• Proactively prospect and identify new potential clients.
• Support individuals in clarifying their goals and determining whether our programs are a good fit.
• Build and maintain authentic, long-term client relationships.
• Guide decision-making processes with clarity, neutrality, and respect.
• Use CRM tools to manage client pathways, follow-ups, and activity.
• Work remotely with flexible hours (minimum 10–15 hours per week), suitable alongside other commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leadership, business development, coaching, or self-employment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent activity.
• Comfort with prospecting, outreach, and building new client relationships.
• Excellent English skills.
• Interest in personal and professional development.
• Ability to communicate in a grounded, human way.
• Alignment with a team culture that values self-awareness and authenticity.
