Role Description

We are looking for a Lead Qualifying Sales Support Agent who is confident in communicating with potential customers, skilled at qualifying leads, and capable of managing follow-ups independently.

In this role, you will:

• Respond to inbound inquiries received into Hubspot via social media marketing and the company website.
• Assess lead quality, answer initial questions, and ensure qualified prospects are properly tracked and moved through the sales pipeline.
• Book consultations with Pool Consultants.
• Handle inbound leads; this role does not involve cold calling.

The ideal candidate is:

• Confident on the phone.
• Organized with follow-ups.
• Capable of handling objections professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads generated via social media and website inquiries.
• Conduct initial qualification calls to determine customer needs and readiness.
• Communicate clearly with potential customers via phone, email, and messaging.
• Handle basic objections and questions from potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records and update lead statuses in HubSpot CRM.
• Manage and track follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Ensure qualified leads are properly passed to the appropriate sales team member.
• Collaborate with the Melbourne-based sales team and existing offshore team member.

Qualifications

• Confident and professional phone communication skills.
• Strong written communication and messaging skills.
• Experience qualifying sales leads.
• Comfortable handling objections and answering customer questions.
• Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups independently.
• Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
