Role Description
We seek a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist within the hospitality sector to join the team. As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will be crucial in expanding the company’s presence in the hospitality sector.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads within the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and commercial spaces.
- Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company’s product offerings.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with your corporate partner and sales teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or presentations between leads and the sales team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably within the hospitality or furniture industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools (Monday, Microsoft Office).
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the trade and contract sectors is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - CST.
