Role Description
As a key member of our team, you’ll:
- Build Meaningful Connections – Reach out to members daily, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions to protect their futures.
- Provide Expert Insurance Solutions – Recommend personalized life and accidental benefit coverage that aligns with their financial goals.
- Deliver Exceptional Support – Guide members through the application process, providing ongoing support and policy reviews to ensure their satisfaction.
- Ensure Compliance – Adhere to regulatory standards while maintaining the highest levels of service and trust.
- Be a Trusted Advisor – Assist with claims, always upholding our reputation for integrity and care.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication Skills – Whether written or verbal, you know how to connect with people and build relationships.
- Self-Motivation & Goal-Orientation – You thrive in a remote setting and are eager to chase after success.
- Tech-Savviness – You’re comfortable using digital tools and working remotely.
- Problem-Solving Skills – You enjoy crafting effective solutions and helping others.
- Sales Experience (a plus, but not required—we offer outstanding training!)
- Eligibility to Obtain a Life Insurance License – We’ll guide you through the licensing process.
