Role Description

Join Us as a Key Account Manager, Brazil! At ORBCOMM, we’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to strengthen and grow our most important customer partnerships across Brazil. In this high-impact role, you will deepen customer engagement, expand solution adoption, and lead strategic initiatives that drive long-term account growth. You’ll be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key customers—ensuring they achieve measurable value from ORBCOMM’s IoT, telematics, and data-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic key accounts, building strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure long-term retention and growth.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans based on customer objectives, market dynamics, and expansion potential.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across ORBCOMM’s devices, connectivity, software, and managed services.
  • Lead customer engagements, including business reviews, product demonstrations, and roadmap discussions that drive deeper adoption of ORBCOMM technology.
  • Act as the customer advocate internally, partnering with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Support to resolve issues and elevate the customer experience.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze usage trends, and proactively mitigate risks to prevent churn and maximize recurring revenue.
  • Support certification, integration, and deployment activities in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting, providing visibility into growth opportunities and revenue milestones.
  • Represent ORBCOMM at industry events, customer workshops, and trade shows as a trusted advisor.
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop customer-focused materials, including case studies, presentations, and engagement programs.
  • Ensure alignment with ORBCOMM’s strategic priorities while delivering exceptional customer value and measurable outcomes.

Travel Requirements:

  • Expect up to 70% travel for customer visits, industry events, and internal collaboration.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success in telecommunications, IoT, SaaS, telematics, or technology sectors.
  • A proven track record managing enterprise accounts and delivering growth through strategic relationship-building.
  • Knowledge of transportation, logistics, cold chain, or telematics industries (preferred).
  • Experience working with multi-stakeholder accounts and enterprise customers.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (required); English preferred. Spanish is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% for customer visits, events, and internal collaboration.
  • Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with multicultural teams and balancing both technical and commercial priorities.
  • The ability to work remotely within Brazil.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity.
  • Commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy.
