Role Description

Als Key-Account Manager (m/w/d) bei DORMA-Glas sind Sie nicht nur ein Verkäufer – Sie sind der Architekt langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen. Mit Herzblut und Verhandlungsgeschick sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere innovativen Glasbeschlaglösungen die richtigen Partner finden und begeistern. Sie verstehen es, die Bedürfnisse Ihrer Kunden zu analysieren, passgenaue Lösungen anzubieten und damit nachhaltige Erfolge zu erzielen.

  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen mit wichtigen Partnern.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung und Maximierung des Geschäftspotenzials.
  • Sicherstellung optimaler Vertragskonditionen und erfolgreicher Abschlussverhandlungen mit Entscheidungsträgern.
  • Analyse von Markttrends, Wettbewerbern und Kundenbedürfnissen zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Marketing und Produktmanagement zur Entwicklung kundenorientierter Lösungen.

Qualifications

  • Vertrieb ist Ihre Leidenschaft – idealerweise mit Erfahrung im B2B-Bereich
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung
  • Überzeugendes Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft, um Ihre Kunden persönlich vor Ort zu begeistern
