Role Description

We are hiring Sales Representatives who are either:

• Currently have an active life insurance license, or
• Motivated to become licensed (training and support provided)

This role is designed for individuals who want to:

What You'll Do

• Client Consultation & Sales
  • Meet with clients virtually or in person to assess financial protection needs
  • Educate on life insurance and related solutions
  • Present tailored recommendations and close business
• Pipeline Development
  • Generate leads through referrals, outreach, and networking
  • Use our entry level lead program
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship-building
  • Develop a referral-driven book of business
• Growth & Leadership
  • Learn and implement proven sales systems
  • Develop leadership and mentorship skills
  • Opportunity to build and lead your own team over time
• Licensing (For Entry-Level Candidates)
  • Must be willing to complete the state-required licensing process (7-14 days to complete)
  • Training and guidance provided throughout
  • Clear onboarding path to get you producing quickly after licensing

Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance or sales

Requirements

• 100% Commission-Based (1099)
• Uncapped earning potential
• Typical earnings: $100,000 – $180,000+ annually
