Role Description

The Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of insurance agents to drive new business growth, increase client retention, and achieve sales targets. This role focuses on:

• Coaching

• Maintaining a client-first approach

This role combines client service, financial analysis, and operational support to ensure an exceptional client experience and efficient practice management. Partnering with some of the top 100 Fortune 500 companies, we are able to provide a complimentary financial plan for anyone who needs help.
