[Hiring] Inside Sales Representative @TP-Link Systems Inc.

Role Description

We are seeking sales professionals who will be responsible for sales activities, management and growth of TP-Link B2B customers. You will work within the sales, marketing, technical, and support teams for the achievement of specific territory sales goals.

• Sales Activities: Engage in direct sales with active/potential resellers, partners and end customers. Responsibilities will include making cold and warm calls to uncover opportunities within the channel. Deliver online or face-to-face presentations and demonstrations and coordinate internal resources as needed.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to drive sales and growth.
• Sales Strategy: Support the research, lead generation and client onboarding. Maintain knowledge of TP-Link’s key competitors and industry trends.
• Pipeline Creation: Generate end-user leads.
• Support of Field Sales: Work in a team environment to support Regional Sales Managers with activities such as quoting customers, prospecting for new customers, trade show execution and follow-up.
• Sales Operations: Participate in the territory sales process, which includes lead follow-up, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data using CRM tools to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Individual Performance: Meets or exceeds sales and product objectives in territory by effectively utilizing all resources available. Develop and leverage a strong understanding of solutions from TP-Link. Leverage TP-Link’s value proposition to influence buying decisions within strategic accounts and markets.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of related inside sales experience.
• Background in networking technologies.
• An understanding of the two-tiered distribution business model and sales channels.
• Experience using contact management software.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
• Candidate must live in one of the following states: NY, VT, ME, NH, MA, RI, CT, PA, WV, VA, NJ, DE, TN, NC, GA, SC, AR, LA, MS, AL, FL.

Requirements

• Compensation: $50,000-$65,000 + monthly sales commissions.
• This role pays an hourly rate, equivalent to $28-$38/hour (salary equivalent above) and a results-driven, uncapped commission plan. Total on target earnings (OTE) are structured as 60% base pay with 40% variable compensation, with additional upside for overperformance.
