Role Description
This role involves engaging with potential customers and promoting our platform's capabilities.
- Embark on an exciting outbound calling journey, connecting with potential customers
- Craft compelling sales pitches that highlight the unique features and benefits of our services
- Become a trusted advisor to customers by providing accurate information about our products, services, and account opening procedures
- Guide customers through the seamless account opening process
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets for customer acquisition and onboarding
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside sales, preferably in the fintech or technology industry
- Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
Requirements
- A passion for financial services and a genuine desire to help customers achieve their financial goals
- Academic - Graduate Mandatory, 4-5 years in Fintech (India)
- Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages
- Language - English & Hindi Mandatory
- Any additional language is added on
