Role Description

We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to handle inbound sales opportunities across assigned campaigns. This role is responsible for engaging interested customers, identifying their needs, recommending the right solutions, and maximizing revenue opportunities through consultative selling.

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will manage inbound customer interactions across multiple channels, focusing on conversions, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

• Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from prospective and existing customers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Recommend products and services aligned with customer needs
  • Maximize revenue through effective consultative selling
  • Contribute to improving sales scripts and conversion processes
• Customer Engagement & Needs Analysis
  • Use active listening to understand customer goals and preferences

Qualifications

• Experience: Sales or customer service experience preferred
